We all have our sad moments and it will help if we start shaking ourselves a little and try to overcome the negative emotions. Negative emotions dampens our mood, lessens our mental functions and lowers our self confidence. How to start getting back to our old self? Practice smiling. Any one you meet, smile a little. They smile back at you and it will make your day just perfect. When you go to the supermarket cashier to pay your bill, smile. The cashier smiles back at you and you get the best service. Smile, it affects everyone you meet, it affects your muscles and makes you look younger and healthy. Smile!
